1) Do you publicly disclose the rates that are charged?

2) Is the equipment we would have to use proprietary?
Answer: No. You can check to see if your existing equipment is supported using this link. We prefer to use non-proprietary equipment since it saves you money. We list the prices for our equipment here so that you can do price comparisons.
3) Are there any “hidden” fees?
Answer: No, all fees will be disclosed. Our success is tied to yours and our goal is to keep you as a customer for as long as you are in business.
4) Why don’t you have a comparison chart?
Answer: We feel that we are disclosing enough information about how we do our business, the fees we charge, and the amount that we earn to provide you with enough information to know whether or not we are legit. We’ve made available a number of accommodations for the work that we’ve done to show our integrity.
5) Do you charge extra fees to make you rich?
Answer: No. We feel that by treating you fairly, we will keep you as a customer. By helping you in your business, we will share in your success and by giving up to half our fees to non-profits, our partnership with you will impact the world.
6) What if my current contract runs for another 6 months?
Answer: We can still work with you to show you what you will save when you move your processing over to us. When the time is appropriate, we will contact you to begin the conversion process.
7) I would like to move my processing now, but I have a cancellation fee?
Answer: We will review your statement to see if a move now would make financial sense for your business. If it doesn’t, we will tell you and will work with you later when it does make sense.
